The trip started on September 13th - here is the route plan - almost done for this year ! on my blog (which I am updating as we journey on)

After Texas, we headed for New Orleans, stopping off to visit St Martinville and New Iberia (the home of Tabasco sauce... I'm hooked again ! ) Louisianna was a great experience - quite different and very French - its hilarious when you find the taxi's won't take you if they don't want to ... remind you of Paris perhaps? Hahaha !! Amazing.

Next stop was Florida, so we took some time to meander along the Gulf Coast, stopping at Biloxi Beach Mississippi, Silverhill Alabama (where we enjoyed Thanksgiving), Panama City Beach Florida, Tallihassi Florida then Homossassa - to see Dorothy's Manatees

What's new?

I have a gig in Dundee, Scotland while I'm back with my pal Pat Ferrie in the Clep Bar on Saturday December 27th at 7:30pm. Looking forward to playing with Pat, seeing friends and the Clep lads and lassies again.

In Dundee, we'll be staying with my Daughter Valerie and her husband Shady who have moved there and are living in my old family house... it will be a nice, (different) time.

I'm hoping to pick up some dates in Florida and Georgia in January through to end March which Matt Murphy has tee'd up for me with his contacts.
